This Fair Use Policy ("FUP") outlines acceptable and unacceptable use of Axiant ("Axiant") hosting services to ensure fair and responsible usage. By using our services, you agree to comply with this policy.

Acceptable Use

• Use Axiant's services in a manner that complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Ensure your activities do not negatively impact the performance or reliability of the server for other users.

Unacceptable Use

• Do not engage in activities that cause excessive bandwidth usage, server overloads, or network disruptions.
• Avoid running spam bots, nuke bots, selfbots or any automated systems designed to flood the network or other servers. Self-bot libraries (including but not limited to discord.py-self and discord.js-selfbot-v13) are blocked at the platform level and violate Discord's Terms of Service.

Content Restrictions

To maintain a safe and appropriate environment for all users and ensure compliance with our advertising partners' policies, the following content restrictions apply:

1. Prohibited Content

• Adult content, pornography, or sexually explicit material
• Hate speech, discrimination, or content promoting violence
• Illegal activities or content that violates intellectual property rights

• Content that could be considered clickbait or misleading
• Content that could be considered inappropriate for advertising placement

3. Enforcement

• Axiant reserves the right to review and remove any content that violates these restrictions
• Users found in violation may face account suspension or termination
• Axiant may take action to protect the integrity of our advertising partnerships

Security

Do not engage in activities that compromise the security or integrity of Axiant's systems, including unauthorized access, hacking, or distributing malware.

Monitoring

Axiant may monitor and review content and activities on its platform to ensure compliance with this policy. Users must cooperate with any reviews or investigations.

Actions for Violations

Axiant reserves the right to take actions such as content removal, account suspension, or termination if this policy is violated.
